As you may know, Paladin Sports acquired Blackchrome in 2023.
In an effort to make things clearer for our customers, Blackchrome will be known as Paladin Sports as of July 1st 2025. Paladin will be the brand to continue to fly the flag as Australia’s best and most trusted apparel provider.
The great news is that you will notice minimal change. Your apparel, the customer service and our delivery timeframes will not change. The exciting part is that the increased scale of the business means we can now offer a wider range of apparel and a larger team to service your needs. We will also now have offices in Adelaide and Sydney with an office in Queensland to be opened in the coming months. We will roll out the rebrand for clubs during your next ordering window and will work with you to minimise the impact.
The Blackchrome name will live on through our cycling range and can be found at blackchrome.cc.
The Blackchrome site will stay online indefinitely to assist those who are unaware of the change, but we encourage you to visit the Paladin site for all future communication and ordering. Online shops will slowly be migrated to the Paladin site, which is faster and provides a better user experience for our customers. We will slowly redirect and migrate content to the Paladin Sports site and eventually the blackchrome.com.au address will point to au.paladin.sport permanently.
As a part of the rebranding process we will migrate to new email addresses, for example: info@blackchrome.com.au will become info@paladinsports.com – to assist with the transition, our blackchrome.com.au email addresses will continue to work until we’re confident our customers are familiar with the changes.
