Returns Information

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery on faulty items (including freight).

We want to find a new home for your gear, which is why we request that all items are returned in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and must not have any signs of wear, washing, damage or alterations made by you. That means items returned with makeup stains or sweat patches from those Zwift sessions will not be accepted and will be returned back to you! Items damaged due to general wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions will not be considered faulty.

For health & hygiene reasons, products such as socks and drink bottles are not able to be returned.

If you’re making a return due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, shipping will come at the customer’s cost. No returns or refunds are offered on clearance items (unless faulty). We do not accept returns on any Gift Cards.

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure no products are damaged in transit back to our facility.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our team with clear images, a detailed description of the fault, as well as the order number and email address associated with the purchase. If your claim is justified, we’ll refund the cost of return and arrange compensation for you, upon the item being received back into our warehouse. If you’re making a return due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, shipping is at the customer’s cost.

Can I return customised products?

Unortunately we cannot exchange or refund custom items unless they are faulty.

Please be careful when choosing sizing and adding custom names or numbers to your items. Customised items are made specifically for each customer and therefore we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for such items. If you are unsure on sizing please refer to the sizing charts or arrange to try on a sample. Please double spelling of names and if player numbers are available with your team, club or organisation to avoid duplicate playing numbers.

Refunds

Please contact us to arrange a refund, refunds can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank and the payment method.
