STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
A kilopascal (kPa) is a unit of pressure measurement. In a burst strength test, Blackchrome’s TACT fabric withheld a much higher amount of pressure before it broke, in comparison to other leading brands of compression.
WHAT IS A FABRIC BURST TEST?
This form of testing can be used to determine the strength of a fabric. The fabric is placed tightly over a diaphragm using clamps. An increasing pressure using liquid is applied to the underside of the diaphragm until the fabric bursts.
